Beskrivelse
The electronic communications service agreement is used for the provision of services that wholly or essentially include the transmission of signals in electronic communications networks, such as telephony, fiber and broadband. The service includes general operation and maintenance, and for the customer it will be especially the capacity / speed and availability of the service that is decisive when the agreement is entered into.
The Electronic Communications Act of 4 July 2003 (the Electronic Communications Act) and associated regulations apply to the service.
